Certain components are excluded from the 3 years/100,000km warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: Our warranty does not cover expenses incurred as a result of normal wear and tear or inspections. Neither does it cover any losses, of whatever nature, for the duration of the repair period. The warranty period is not extended as a result of repairs during the warranty period.
Toyota Motor Corporation and Toyota Jamaica Limited and its affiliated companies (herein after jointly and severally referred to as “Toyota”) warrant to the first retail purchaser of each new Toyota vehicle that the vehicle, including all Toyota approved accessories, chassis and parts (except battery, surface rust & paint and paint work) manufactured by Toyota and delivered by an authorized Toyota distributor or dealer, will be free under normal use and service from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (3) three years or 100,000km from date of sale whichever occurs first.
The obligation under this vehicle warranty is limited at the election of Toyota to repair or replace such parts as may be acknowledged by it to be defective in material or workmanship. The repair or replacement of defective parts under the warranty will be undertaken by any authorized Toyota distributor or dealer in Jamaica without charge for parts or labour.
